How to Retain Patients

foster healthy relationships through good communication

How my clinic schedule is consistently 80-85% booked out at the beginning of every month - without packages, in an all cash practice in a “poor state”.

How’s your schedule looking this week? How about for next month? Could it use a little love?

Communication is based upon mutual respect for each person’s personal agency.

Communication is based on honesty, clarity, and care.

But… “I don’t want to tell patients what to do… I don’t want to be pushy.” “I don’t want to be THAT acupuncturist that’s just all about money or is sleazy.”

Good communication can happen even though you’re worried about how you might be perceived in making a clear request.

Good communication can happen even though you fear the rejection of a patient deciding to make a different choice.

Good communication can happen even though you are truly concerned they might not be able to afford what you are asking.

Good communication can happen even though your patients don’t seem to care about making any changes in their lives whatsoever, leaving you with a monumental task of changing how they feel.

These are the most impactful systems I have used in my clinic to have a consistently booked schedule, AND to work with patients who get great results, because they understand that our work together is always a commitment and a collaboration.

These are the approaches I’ve used to grow my clinic from a 12 patient a week practice in 2015 to helping over 100-125 patients a week ( and sometimes treating 100+ patients a week myself)!

It’s not marketing. It’s communication. AND if you don’t have these systems in place BEFORE you start investing in paid marketing/advertising, you are wasting money. BECAUSE you don’t have a good system for getting commitment and collaboration from the new patients that come in from your marketing efforts.

Your investment is $247 to get the right systems to support ethichal, sustainable, human-centered growth

This is a 90 minute workshop that has a 60 minute teaching component, with a 30 minute Q&A afterwards.

This is a heart-centered system that keeps the qi dynamic healthy and flowing with your patients, so that you aren’t carrying the burden of having to “fix” everyone and feeling like you aren’t good enough when you don’t get radical resolutions in 1-3 visits when a patient has had the pattern for years.
