What is a nourishing practice?

Imagine flowing through your clinic day with ease, genuinely connecting with your patients without being energetically drained. You collaborate with them on reaching their health goals, not fixing them, releasing the weight of that heavy burden from your shoulders at the end of every day.

You help patients at a pace that your qi loves, whether that’s six patients an hour or one. Your schedule is exactly as full as you want it to be, and if you have an Associate, or three, their schedules are also filled with truly great patients who appreciate the work you do with them.

Your schedule honors your own biorhythms, the importance of tending to your own health and qi, and the needs of your life at this stage (because let’s face it, those stages change!)
